We’ve had a huge influx of emails this week regarding non-delivered orders! 😬
After speaking with our provider, we’ve been made aware that there are delays within postal/courier services due to staff shortages related to staff self-isolating. Packages are taking longer to be delivered across the board.
Unfortunately, we are unable to class packages as ‘lost’ until a week after shipping, and cannot offer refunds until 14 days have passed.
Please bear with us while orders are taking a little longer to arrive. It’s worth the wait! 🥰🖤
