Christmas Postal Cut-Off Dates & Shipment Delay 2023

Christmas Postal Cut-Off Dates & Shipment Delay 2023

We've all made it through another year!  Yaaaaay! And it's come time to release our Christmas cut off dates and closure plans.

All orders intended for Christmas should be placed by midday on Monday 18th September.  However, please bear in mind that there are the usual delays amongst all the couriers at this time of year, so, whilst we would hope and assume your order will be delivered in time, please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee this.

We are still aiming to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours, and are working around the clock to keep orders leaving us as soon as possible.

The average time for an order sent by standard delivery (Evri) to arrive with its recipient is 4-5 days.  Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Alternatively, you can buy gift cards from our store!  Simply add a gift card to your basket and checkout as usual, and you'll receive an automatic email with your gift card code inside.  Instant present, with no need to wrap!

This year, we'll be taking it easier over the holiday season, so, whilst we aren't scheduling any breaks, we may be quieter than usual, and orders placed after the Christmas cut off may take slightly longer than usual to be dispatched.

Whilst we will be processing and dispatching orders as we usually do, please bear in mind that we may struggle with collections/drop offs and delays within Evri over this period.  Unfortunately, many InPost lockers are no longer accepting Evri parcels, which makes it much more difficult for us to get our parcels in to their network.

As usual, we'd like to take this time to thank you all for another remarkable year.  2023 saw us following our hearts and rebranding - creating some very exciting news to come in 2024!  This year hasn't been easy for us as a family, but we are so grateful to all of our amazing customers for keeping us busy and lifting our spirits on a daily basis.
We can't wait to show you what's in store for us next year!  But, in the meantime, we hope you all have a truly wonderful Christmas, and an even better New Year!

TBV x
