Christmas Postal Cut-Off Dates & Shipment Delay 2021

Christmas Postal Cut-Off Dates & Shipment Delay 2021

It's Christmaaaaas!  Whoop!

We hope you have all had a wonderful year, and just as prepared as we are this Christmas! ;-)

This year is proving to be a tricky one for every single courier in the UK at the moment.  They are experiencing massive delays - from letters to parcels - and, as much as it pains us, we've had to make our cut-off dates a little earlier this year.

Last order dates for Christmas:

Our Standard Service is provided via Hermes.  Our cut off for this service is 2pm on Friday 17th December.  This should leave enough time to account for any delays within the system!  However, we will continue to ship orders until Christmas Eve.

Our Premium Service is provided by DPD.  We use Next Day Delivery, however, it's important to note that DPD are currently taking 1-3 days to deliver these parcels!  So we have made our cut off for this service 11am on Tuesday 21st December.

Unfortunately, we’ve noticed extreme delays in our international customers receiving their orders. As such, we are unable to guarantee any international orders for Christmas 2021.

We will then be closed from Wednesday 29th December to Monday 10th January. The website will remain open and we will continue to accept orders, but we will not be able to dispatch any orders made during this time until our return on Monday 10th January 2022.
We will be available via email and chat during this time, but appreciate your patience whilst there may be a delay in response time.

Lastly, we'd like to express our gratitude to all of our incredible customers who have kept us busy this year!  You have truly humbled us with all of your support, tips and lovely messages over this last year - you are what keeps us going!
We hope you all have a wonderful festive season, and we can't wait to see you all in 2022!
